1. The Short Version

Rotmon is built to be 100% on-device. Your screen time data, your creature, and your habits never leave your phone. We do not operate servers that collect, read, or analyze your usage data. This website itself does not use tracking cookies or analytics.

2. Who We Are

Rotmon ("we", "us") publishes the Rotmon Android application and this website. For any privacy questions or data requests, contact us at james.vukasinovic@gmail.com.

3. Data the Rotmon App Processes (On-Device Only)

• Screen time telemetry: hourly app usage statistics read via Android's Usage Access API. Stored locally in the app's private storage on your device.
• Creature data: your Rotmon's name, species, stage, XP, missions, and cosmetics — stored locally.
• Lifetime pedigree records: historical usage summaries used to render your pedigree card — stored locally.

None of this data is transmitted to us or to any third party. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your screen time, app usage, or behavioral data.
• We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party trackers in the app.
• We do not require an account. No sign-up, no email, no profile.

5. Purchases

Rotmon is sold as a one-time purchase through Google Play. Payment processing, receipts, and refund handling are performed entirely by Google. We never see your payment details. Refer to Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles purchase data.

6. This Website

This website is a static page hosted on Google Cloud Storage. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and collects no personal information. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) may be retained by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

Rotmon is suitable for general audiences. Because we collect no data, we also collect no data from children. The app complies with Google Play's Families Policy requirements.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations, you have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since all app data lives only on your device, you can exercise these rights at any time by uninstalling the app. For anything else, email us at james.vukasinovic@gmail.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted in the app's release notes.
